LARC is Ladies Advocating Respectable Cocktails. We are a small group who get together to imbibe, blend, discuss and promote the fine art of mixology. We love the taste of classic cocktails, but also appreciate the newer concoctions being created by talented bartenders.

This month’s theme was Gin, so I decided to share one of my favorite gin cocktails with the ladies. May I present to you: La Bicyclette Recipe courtesy of Jamie Boudreau 1 ½ oz Plymouth gin¾ oz sweet vermouth (I used: Cinzano Rosso)¼ oz St. Germain2 dashes peach bitters (I used Fee’s) Place all into an iced mixing glass and stir Strain into a cocktail glass (optional: serve in a Kate Spade glass as pictured) Garnish with a lemon twist (photo via thaumatrope)
